Perinatal tissue-derived endothelial progenitor cells
Endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) have been proposed as a cell population with de novo vessel formation potential for cardiovascular disease treatment, through improving neovascularization in ischemic tissues.

Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Randall's plaques (RP) serve as the nidus for calcium oxalate (CaOx) kidney stones. The current study reveals that hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals activate the THY1–GSK3α/β–β‐catenin axis in renal interstitial fibroblasts (hRIFs), inducing FASLG secretion.

The Role of Endothelial Progenitor Cell in Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors
Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are cell derived from bone marrow and the cells circulate in peripheral blood. These cells have characteristics similar to stem cells, but their ability to proliferate and differentiate is more limited.

Arteriogenesis versus angiogenesis: similarities and differences
Cardiovascular diseases account for more than half of total mortality before the age of 75 in industrialized countries. To develop therapies promoting the compensatory growth of blood vessels could be superior to palliative surgical surgical ...

This study reveals that the Fgl2‐FcγRIIB signaling axis is a key mechanism by which MDSCs mediate tumor immune evasion. Tumor‐derived exosomes systemically activate MDSCs via this pathway, positioning this axis as a promising broad‐spectrum target for cancer immunotherapy.

Protection & regeneration of [beta]-cells: studies using the nod mouse
PhDDiabetes is a chronic disease affecting approximately 250 million people. To date, transplantation-based therapy is the therapy of choice; however, its success is hampered by the scarcity of transplantable human material.

A developmentally inspired bioprinting approach enables the fabrication of pluripotent tissues that undergo shape‐morphing and in situ cardiac lineage specification. This method employs embedded bioprinting to deposit iPSCs within soft granular hydrogels to create pluripotent tissue constructs that undergo cell‐mediated shape morphogenesis.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,
