Restricted TCR Diversity and Expansion of CD177+CD8+ and TLR4+CD4+T Cell Subsets in Septic Shock‐Associated Immunosuppression: A Single‐Cell Multi‐Omics Study

Characterization of Phylogroups, Virulence Factors and Antimicrobial Resistance in Canine Pyometra‐associated Escherichia coli

Summary Fecaliths are a recognised cause of non‐strangulating colon obstruction in horses. Although they more commonly obstruct the small colon, they can also lodge in the pelvic flexure, requiring enterotomy for removal. ADAMTS4 mediates LPS‐induced cardiac injury and myocardial fibrosis through proteolytic cleavage of TSP1

• ADAMTS4 is induced primarily in cardiac fibroblasts during sepsis. • ADAMTS4 cleaves TSP1 at the 236–246 aa functional region. • TSP1 cleavage activates TGF‐β/Smad and NF‐κB signalling in fibroblasts. • Targeting ADAMTS4 reduces fibroblast activation and cardiac fibrosis.
