Green Enzymes from Fruit Waste Aspergillus Sp-Derived Pectinase
Journal of Scientific ResearchPectinase is one of the essential enzymes used in industry and biotechnology, along with cellulase and amylase. This study aimed to isolate pectinase-enzyme-producing organisms and characterise them. Fungal cultures with pectinase activity were isolated from different samples of rotten fruits like oranges, bananas, pomegranates, and soil samples.

Bioscouring of cotton with pectinase enzyme in a non‐aqueous system
Journal of the Society of Dyers and Colourists, 1998We have studied bioscouring of cotton using pectinase enzyme in a reverse micellar system. The effectiveness of the bioscouring was evaluated by measuring the weight loss of cotton substrate, analysing the pectin and cotton wax remaining and by wetness testing.

Pectinase and Cellulase Enzyme Inhibitor from Sericea and Certain Other Plants
Botanical Gazette, 1965A water-soluble substance isolated from the leaves of seven plant species is shown to inhibit the fungal hydrolytic enzymes, pectinase and cellulase. Three plants-sericea, muscadine grape, and persimmon-were found to be good sources of the inhibitor. Preparations of all three, isolated by the caffeine-complex method, were rated about equal in enzyme ...

[Study on the enzyme extraction process of hypericin by pectinase].
Zhong yao cai = Zhongyaocai = Journal of Chinese medicinal materials, 2012To explore the best enzyme and optimal conditions for extracting Hypericin from Hypericum perforatum.Chose the best enzyme from Pectinase, Xylanase, Glucanase, beta-Glucanase and Enzyme (SPE-007A). The effeet of solid-liquid ratio enzyme dosage, PH, temperature and the extraction time were investigated by L9 (3(4)) orthogonal design using extraction ...

Production of extracellular pectinase enzymes by a mutant (Pol6) of Penicillium occitanis
Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, 1990Penicillium occitanis strain Pol6, a mutant developed for hyperproduction of cellulase and pectinase enzymes was used for the study of extracellular pectinase production when pectins from different sources (apple and citrus) and with varying degree of esterification (DE) were used as inducers.
