S‐ketamine Alleviates Neuroinflammation and Attenuates Lipopolysaccharide‐Induced Depression Via Targeting SIRT2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
S‐ketamine binds directly to SIRT2, facilitating its interaction with NF‐κB p65. This interaction reduces the acetylation of NF‐κB p65 and inhibits its activation, thereby exerting anti‐inflammatory and antidepressant effects. Created by BioRender.

DNA Molecular Computing with Weighted Signal Amplification for Cancer miRNA Biomarker Diagnostics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A molecular computing approach is presented with weighted signal amplification. Polymerase‐mediated strand displacement is employed to assign weights to target miRNAs, reflecting the miRNAs’ diagnostic values, followed by amplification of the weighted signals using localized DNA catalytic hairpin assembly.

Ruthenium Single‐Atom Nanozyme Driven Sonosensitizer with Oxygen Vacancies Enhances Electron–Hole Separation Efficacy and Remodels Tumor Microenvironment for Sonodynamic‐Amplified Ferroptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An atomic‐level engineered ruthenium single‐atom nanozyme is fabricated that features sufficient oxygen vacancies and electron and hole separation efficiency, which enhances response to the sono‐suppressive tumor microenvironment and induces tumor ferroptosis.

Reversible High‐Affinity Binding of Coagulation Factor Xa to Zeolites Induces Accelerated Blood Coagulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A calcium‐dependent, specific biorecognition between coagulation factor Xa (FXa) and zeolite is discovered. It alters the prothrombin activation pathway to a more efficient mechanism by mimicking the FXa/factor Va (FXa/FVa) interaction formed during the natural coagulation cascade.

Enhanced the Trans‐Cleavage Activity of CRISPR‐Cas12a Using Metal‐Organic Frameworks as Stimulants for Efficient Electrochemical Sensing of Circulating Tumor DNA

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work designs manganese metal‐organic frameworks (Mn‐MOFs) co‐assembled with Cas12a/crRNA, enabling rapid release of Mn2⁺ under mild conditions. The MOFs‐induced proximity effect sustains Mn2⁺‐Cas12a/crRNA interactions, enhancing the trans‐cleavage activity of complex available to develop an electrochemical biosensor based on Mn‐MOFs‐enhanced ...
