Construction of Chronic Kidney Disease Mouse Model Induced by Diets With Different Adenine Content

By administering a 4 weeks adenine diet to C57BL/6J mice, we identified 0.2% adenine in purified feed as the optimal chronic kidney disease model. This model induces severe renal damage, gut dysbiosis, uremic toxin accumulation, and CKD mineral bone disorder, providing a clinically relevant platform for mechanistic and therapeutic studies.

Targeting eIF5A combats breast cancer progression by ClpP‐dependent mitochondrial oxidative stress

This study identified the eIF5A‐ClpP axis as a key driver of breast cancer progression. Targeting eIF5A suppresses tumor growth by inducing ClpP‐dependent mitochondrial oxidative stress, revealing a novel therapeutic vulnerability. Ordered assembly of Cas12a for better performance of CRISPR/Cas system with application to the diagnosis of dental caries

Here, we present a tetrahedral DNA framework (TDF)‐mediated Cas12a ordered assembly strategy. TDFs arrange CRISPR/Cas12a into ordered structures controllably, enhancing catalytic efficiency through localized Cas12a hotspots while maintaining spatial intervals to facilitate substrate diffusion.
