Nano‐Mediated Fluorescence Switching for Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Detection

This study presents Cy3‐AptEGFR@BPNSs, a novel nano‐detector for real‐time, visual monitoring of EGFR expression in cancer cells. Addressing the limitations of current methods, this detector utilises fluorescence quenching/recovery, providing high specificity and sensitivity, with fluorescence intensity proportional to EGFR levels.
