Asymptotic theory for QMLE for power-transformed asymmetric double autoregressive models
To better capture asymmetry and heavy-tailedness, we have proposed a power-transformed asymmetric double autoregressive (PTADAR(p, q)) model. First we gave a sufficient condition for the existence of a strict stationarity solution of the PTADAR(p, q ...

Process adjustment by a Bayesian approach
In a production or measure situation, operators are required to make corrections to a process using the measurement of a sample. In both cases, it is always difficult to suggest a correction from a deviation. The correction is the result of two different

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.
