Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies ARID1B as a chromatin‐bound driver of tumor growth in TNBC. ARID1B impairs ARID1A function and directly activates oncogenic programs through SWI/SNF remodeling. Its nuclear localization, mediated by the KPNA2–KPNB1–RANBP2 import machinery, is essential for its tumor‐promoting activity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.In the study, UBE2C was found to be significantly overexpressed in breast cancer and transcriptionally regulated by FOXM1. Inhibition of UBE2C suppressed proliferation, induced senescence, and sensitized breast cancer cells to doxorubicin. Mechanistically, UBE2C inhibition promoted Parkin‐mediated K63‐linked ubiquitination of TOP2A.
