Optimizing the EU-DEMO pellet fuelling scheme

Efficient fuelling will be an essential task in the EU-DEMO. The basic requirement here is to establish the target plasma core density with a minimum particle flux by injecting mm-size solid fuel pellets. Modelling showed this requires a pellet launch from the vessel inboard.

Patients with R/R disease treated in the modern era are increasingly exposed to anti‐GD2 immunotherapy, which exerts selective pressure and may modify both tumor cell state and microenvironment.
