Abstract Tumor‐educated platelets (TEPs) are emerging as a compelling frontier in liquid biopsy, functioning as dynamic, systemic sensors that sequester and process tumor‐derived biomolecules. This interaction imprints an integrated molecular signature of malignancy—spanning the transcriptome, proteome, lipidome, and crucially, the captured genome ...

Abstract Breast cancer (BC) is most prevalent in females but also accounts for <1% of male cancer cases and 0.2% of male cancer‐related deaths. Distribution of histological subtypes, receptor status, and age of diagnosis varies based on sex, and a growing body of evidence supports sex‐specific molecular differences in BC.

Abstract Bladder cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer‐related mortality worldwide. Long‐term survival is particularly poor in patients with muscle‐invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). Modulation of purinergic signaling through the ectonucleotidases CD39 and CD73 has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy in cancer medicine.

CCT7 Expression Affects the Prognosis of Lung Adenocarcinoma
ABSTRACT Background CCT7 is a chaperonin containing tailless complex polypeptide 1 subunit. The study focused on investigating its prognostic significance for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Methods CCT7 expression in LUAD and matched non‐carcinoma lung samples was examined via TCGA database. Besides, we utilized the GEO database and RT‐qPCR for validating

Abstract Gastric signet ring cell carcinoma (GSRCC) is a special type of gastric cancer common in young women. Diffuse gastric cancer (DGC) begins with intramucosal lesions comprising differentiated GSRCC cells. Genetically, GSRCC and DGC are clonally identical, with their morphology influenced by extracellular Wnt signaling.

ABSTRACT CRISPR‐Cas9 genome‐wide screening has been instrumental towards identifying novel targets for drug discovery in cancer research. However, much of this research has centred specifically on adult cancers, with paediatric cancers being underserviced by current research and screening.
