IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

A process of separatory determination of monochioroacetic acid (M. C. A.) and monoiodoacetic acid (M. I. A.) by use of ion exchange resin has been investigated. A strongly basic R-NO3 type resin, Amberlite IRA-410, of 100-150 mesh size was used for the test.The adsorbed acids were liberated by using NaNO3 as a liberating agent in order of M. C. A.and M.

The cooperative regulation of miR‐221 by APE1 and AUF1 impacts p27Kip1 defining a miR signature relevant for cervical cancer
