Diurnal and nocturnal salivary fluoride bioavailability following brushing with high‐ or regular‐fluoride dentifrices

Abstract This study evaluated salivary fluoride (F) bioavailability during diurnal and nocturnal periods after using a high‐fluoride or regular dentifrice. Fifteen healthy adults participated in a double‐blind crossover study, brushing with either a 1450 ppm F or 5000 ppm F dentifrice.

Abstract Objective To characterize clinical presentation and management of urticaria associated with calcitonin gene‐related peptide (CGRP) ‐targeting monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) for migraine prophylaxis. Background CGRP‐targeting mAbs are effective in migraine prophylaxis, but have been associated with hypersensitivity reactions, including urticaria.

By formulating creams with caprylic acid‐based hydrophobic Natural Eutectic Solvents and assessing their stability, rheological behaviour and sensory properties, this study demonstrates how these systems can act as multifunctional, COSMOS‐compliant ingredients that modulate emulsion characteristics without compromising formulation properties.
