A mouse model for vascular normalization and a human breast cancer cohort were studied to understand the relationship between vascular leakage and tumor immune suppression. For this, endothelial and immune cell RNAseq, staining for vascular function, and immune cell profiling were employed.

Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Research of the optimal excitation control technology for synchronous generator based on AC tracking
In view of problem that traditional PID control for synchronous generator cannot meet with requirements of oscillation suppression and improvement of dynamic stability limit of power system, the paper proposed the optimal excitation control method for ...

Power main circuit design of the flexible excitation systems for large hydropower units
In response to the system voltage stability and damping issues caused by insufficient dynamic reactive power support capability of renewable energy units, this paper proposes a novel power main circuit topology for flexible excitation systems suitable ...

Cytoplasmic p21 promotes stemness of colon cancer cells via activation of the NFκB pathway
Cytoplasmic p21 promotes colorectal cancer stem cell (CSC) features by destabilizing the NFκB–IκB complex, activating NFκB signaling, and upregulating BCL‐xL and COX2. In contrast to nuclear p21, cytoplasmic p21 enhances spheroid formation and stemness transcription factor CD133.

HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Study of Bursting Oscillations in VSG System With External Excitation
When the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) is subjected to an external excitation and the frequency of the external excitation is much smaller than the intrinsic frequency of the VSG system, the VSG system will experience bursting oscillations, leading
