Command-Filtered Backstepping Control Algorithm for Quadrotor AAVs Based on Extended State Observer
This paper proposes an extended state observer (ESO)-based command-filtered backstepping control (CFBC) framework for quadrotor autonomous aerial vehicles (AAVs) subject to external disturbances, parametric uncertainties, and incomplete state ...

Fault Diagnosis of Nonlinear Uncertain Systems with Triangular Form
A novel approach to fault diagnosis for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems with triangular form is proposed in this paper. It is based on the extended state observer (ESO) of the active disturbance rejection controller and linearization of dynamic ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

A Modified ADRC Scheme Based on Model Information for Maglev Train
During the operation of maglev trains, they are subjected to various disturbances. The presence of these disturbances presents a significant challenge for attaining high-performance control and even poses the risk of system instability.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.
