Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Non-Intrusive Fault Detection in Reciprocating Compressors
This research presents techniques developed for non-intrusive sensing and fault detection in reciprocating compressors driven by induction motors. These procedures are “non-intrusive” because they rely only on voltage and current signals measured on the ...

Structural evolution of the Nam Con Son Basin: quantitative fault analysis applied to a 3-simensional seismic dataset [PDF]
The Nam Con Son Basin is one of several Tertiary rift basins located on the continental shelf, offshore Indochina. It has received relatively little attention until recently and remains a poorly understood sedimentary basin.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Research on Early Aging Fault Identification of Photovoltaic DC Combiner System
In order to detect typical faults in the photovoltaic Direct current (DC) system, this paper first compared and analyzed the frequency domain responses of two typical faults in the photovoltaic DC system at different insulation aging stages based on the ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...
