THE RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF WELDING ROBOTS BASED ON T-S FUZZY FAULT TREE

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2017
According to the less effectiveness and difficulty in fault diagnosis of welding robots for its lots of uncertain faults phenomena and faults causes, this paper proposes the Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis apply to welding robots fault diagnosis.

Long‐term hippocampal alterations and cognitive impairment in a murine model of surgical sepsis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Using a mouse model of surgical sepsis, we tested long‐term memory and analyzed the transcriptome of single cells isolated from the hippocampus. Survivor mice showed worse memory, loss of certain brain cell subpopulations, and abnormal immune cell activity—suggesting that post‐sepsis brain alterations may be linked to cognitive deficits.

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for

A Systematic Approach to Sensitivity Analysis of Fault Tolerant Systems in NMR Architecture [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Intelligent Procedures in Electrical Technology, 2015
A fault tree illustrates the ways through which a system fails. It states different ways in which combination of faulty components result in an undesired event in the system.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Refinement of amino‐acid conformation vs. difference density maps in time‐resolved serial femtosecond crystallography data analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Electrical Grounding Fault Prediction of EMU Traction Motor

open access: yes机车电传动, 2021
The traction motor plays a key role in the EMU train’s power transmission system. The most frequent fault of traction motor is grounding fault. By using RBF neural network, decision tree and support vector machine (SVM) respectively, the traction motor’s

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.
