Metabolic Reprogramming in Glioblastoma Stem Cells Promotes Radiation Resistance Through a H3K18la/USP30/MBOAT2 Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
LDHA‐driven lactate production in mesenchymal glioma stem cells promotes p300‐dependent H3K18 lactylation, activates USP30 transcription, and stabilizes MBOAT2 to remodel phosphatidylethanolamines toward ferroptosis‐resistant PE‐MUFA species. Disrupting this metabolic–epigenetic–lipid circuit enhances ferroptosis and sensitizes glioblastoma to ...

Iron‐Tannic Acid Hydrogel Mediated Mild Photothermal Therapy Combined With Ferroptosis Enhances Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.

Programming Gut Microbiome Function Through Cross‐Feeding: From Ecological Mechanisms to Live Biotherapeutics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This graphical abstract presents gut microbial cross‐feeding through a Mechanism–Technology–Application framework. It summarizes major resource‐transfer modes, the experimental and computational tools used to establish causality, and potential interventions involving dietary substrates, live biotherapeutic products, and engineered microbes.

SOME FACTORS AFFECTING MILK YIELD AND LACTATION LENGTH IN NILI RAVI BUFFALOES [PDF]

open access: yesPakistan Veterinary Journal, 2007
Effects of parity, lactation length, calving season, calf sex and service period on milk yield for 426 records in 134 Nili Ravi buffaloes maintained at the National Agricultural Research Center, Islamabad Pakistan during 1988-2004 were evaluted.

Genetic and phenotypic parameters of lactations longer than 305 days (extended lactations)

open access: yesAnimal, 2008
Test-day milk yield and somatic cell count data over extended lactation (lactation to 540–600 days) were analysed considering part lactations as different traits and fitting random regression (RR) models.

Variation of Milk Yield and Milk Composition of Pivska Pramenka Sheep Breed Through Lactation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
The aim of this paper is to present the research results on the milk traits and variation of milk composition during lactation of Pivska pramenka breed, as one of the most important autochthonous sheep breeds in Montenegro. Investigation was conducted on

Multi-trait covariance functions to estimate genetic correlations between milk yield, dry matter intake and live weight during lactation

open access: yes, 1999
Energy balance is a function of dry-matter intake (DMI), live weight and milk yield over a certain time period. To investigate potential strategies to use genetic selection for the improvement of the negative energy balance, genetic co-variances were ...
