Advanced Science, EarlyView.We uncover a large variety of putative inhibitory ligand‐gated ion channels (LGICs) in the phylum Cnidaria, the sister group to all bilaterian animals. Phylogenetic analysis suggests a complex evolutionary history of inhibitory LGICs with diverse neurotransmitter ligands.

Majallah-i ̒Ilmī-i Shīlāt-i Īrān, 2005 Fish parasites were investigated in Zanjan Province, fishes caught during September 2002 to August 2003. We used cast nets to sample a total of 15-5fish specimens in five stations including Sohrein, Hasan Abdal, Khandagthloo, Sojasrood and Ghezel Uzoon.
