Roseoflavin is a toxic riboflavin (vitamin B2) analog and naturally is produced by Streptomyces davawensis. Roseoflavin is converted to roseoflavin mononucleotide (RoFMN) by promiscuous flavokinases (EC 2.7.1.26).
