Fluorescence polarization immunoassay of estradiol.
Diagnostic immunology, 1985Fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) offers a good alternative to isotopic methods for the determination of drug and hormone levels in biological fluids. We applied it to estradiol, using a fluoresceinated derivative of estradiol and the IgG fraction of a highly specific rabbit antiserum.

Direct fluorescence polarization immunoassay.
Steroids, 1980Direct fluorescence polarization immunoassay of serum cortisol was established. Non-specific binding of fluorescent-labelled cortisol to serum proteins was successively eliminated by sodium dodecyl sulfate. The minimal amount of cortisol detected was 0.1 ng/tube and serum concentration of 1.0 microgram/dl to 100 microgram/dl of cortisol could be ...

[Development of a fluorescence polarization immunoassay for sulfamerazine].
Guang pu xue yu guang pu fen xi = Guang pu, 2010A fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) based on a monoclonal antibody for the determination of sulfamera (SMR) was developed. The fluorescein-labeled SMR and sulfamethazine (SMZ) were synthesized and purified by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The optimized SMR FPIA had a dynamic range from 5.4 to 218.8 ng x mL(-1) with IC50 value of 23.4 ng x
