Fast-Response Double-Modulation Fluorometer
1998Single-turnover saturating flashes of light are used to induce synchronous operation of Photosystem II reaction centers. The flash must be so short that the frequency of double-turnovers is negligible and must be powerful enough to turnover all reaction centers.

Fluorometer Calibration Curves and Nomographs
Journal of the Sanitary Engineering Division, 1969The relationship of rhodamine B dye fluorescence to water temperature is confirmed, and a procedure for calibrating a fluorometer for time-of-travel dye studies is described. Calibration nomographs for the four aperture settings designed into fluorometers are developed from experimentally derived temperature-fluorescence curves.

A Remote Sensing Laser Fluorometer
1975A variety of water quality parameters are accessible to measurement using the technique of fluorescence spectroscopy. These include such measurements as oil, chlorophyll, lignin sulfonate, and dye tracing. The availability of reliable lasers has opened up the possibility of using the fluorescence technique as a water quality analytical tool without ...
