This graphical abstract presents an integrated enzyme‐ (Viscozyme L) and ultrasound‐assisted extraction strategy that successfully boosts fennel seed protein yield from 61% to 93%. Following process optimization, the resulting protein isolate exhibits significantly enhanced solubility, emulsifying, foaming, and water/oil‐holding properties.

The insecticidal potential of formulations based on Salvia officinalis, Ormenis africana, and Mentha pulegium essential oils was investigated against Myzus persicae. Foeniculum vulgare Mill. Artbeschreibung: 80-200 cm hoch, kahl, bläulich bereift, aromatisch, am Grund eine Zwiebel bildend. Blätter 2-3fach gefiedert, mit langen, fadenförmigen Zipfeln. Blattscheiden 2-2,5 cm lang, kapuzenförmig ausgezogen. Dolden meist 10-25strahlig, ohne Hüllen und Hüllchen. Blüten klein, gelb.
