Citric Acid‐Crosslinked Chitosan Coatings Incorporating Curcumin for Enhancement of Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Properties

Dry Heat Treatment enhances water resistance and thermal stability, creating an active packaging system with dual antioxidant and antimicrobial properties to extend food shelf‐life.
