A Forward-Secure Certificate-Based Signature Scheme
Cryptographic computations are often carried out on insecure devices for which the threat of key exposure raises a serious concern. In an effort to address the key exposure problem, the notion of forward security was first presented by Günther in 1990 ...

Efficient and Forward-Secure Identity-Based Signcryption [PDF]
Several signcryption schemes proposed in the literature are known to lack semantic security, and semantically secure signcryption schemes tend to be more computationally expensive.

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for

Delay and energy minimization for MEC-based secure communication
Considering a physical-layer-security-aided confidential document transmission problem,a secure transmission strategy was proposed where the base station equipped with a mobile edge computing (MEC) server served as a relay to help compress, forward, and ...

A New Forward Secure Signature Scheme [PDF]
In this paper, we present two forward secure signature schemes based on gap Diffie-Hellman groups and prove these schemes to be secure in the sense of slightly stronger security notion than that by Bellare and Miner in the random oracle model.

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

Forward-Secure Identity-based Broadcast Encryption Scheme from Lattice
Motivated by an identity-based broadcast encryption scheme from lattice[1] and a forward-secure identity-based encryption scheme[2], we propose a forward-secure identity-based broadcast encryption scheme from lattice by adding the forward-security ...

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.
