The TESST classification of testicular sex cord‐stromal tumours was agreed upon by consensus based on the best available evidence. The picture shows the members of the TESST group and delegates of GUPS and ISUP present in‐person at the first meeting of the group held at Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, 2024). Aims Testicular sex cord‐stromal tumours (

Western blot confirming FOXL2 overexpression in COV434.
A clear 45 kDa band in seen in lysates from wildtype and mutant FOXL2 overexpression. This band is absent in control lysates, and similar staining of vimentin across all three lysates confirms FOXL2 overexpression.

Polyphenism Through RNA Chemical Modifications
ABSTRACT Polyphenism, the capacity of a single genotype to produce discrete phenotypes in response to environmental cues, has long served as a model for understanding developmental plasticity. While classical studies have highlighted hormonal signalling and transcription‐factor‐driven gene regulatory networks that mediate these environmentally induced ...

Conditional strategies to study gene function during gonadal development in mammals. [PDF]
Sexual development in mammals involves a complex cascade of genetic events. These begin with a cell fate decision, whether to make Sertoli or follicle cells, that gives rise to the development of a male or female gonad, which is controlled by the testis ...

FOXL2 impairment in human disease
FOXL2 encodes a forkhead transcription factor that plays important roles in the ovary during development and in post-natal, adult life. Here, we focus on the clinical consequences of FOXL2 impairment in human disease.

Advanced Granulosa Cell Tumors of the Ovary: A Review with a Focus on Current and Novel Therapeutic Approaches [PDF]
Granulosa cell tumor (GCT) is the most common nonepithelial ovarian malignancy. Still, it is considered rare, with a paucity of high-level evidence guiding management, particularly in the metastatic setting.

Cooperative Effects of FOXL2 with the Members of TGF-β Superfamily on FSH Receptor mRNA Expression and Granulosa Cell Proliferation from Hen Prehierarchical Follicles. [PDF]
Forkhead box L2 (FOXL2) is a member of the forkhead nuclear factor 3 gene family and plays an essential role in ovarian growth and maturation in mammals.

Cell line specific expression of FOXL2 targets.
Each point represents a single probeset. Signal intensities have been calculated for each probeset by averaging the signal intensities from the three control samples from the COV434 and KGN array data. Coloured points (purple, green and yellow) represent
