Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Exact solutions for STO and (3+1)-dimensional KdV-ZK equations using G′G2-expansion method
This article deals with finding some exact solutions of nonlinear fractional differential equations (NLFDEs) by applying a relatively new method known as G′G2-expansion method.

Summary: An approach to approximate ordinary fractional differential equations by integer-order differential equations is proposed. It is assumed that the order of fractional differentiation is close to an integer. Perturbation expansions for the Riemann-Liouville and Caputo fractional derivatives are derived in terms of a suitable small parameter ...

Further studies on ordinary differential equations involving the $ M $-fractional derivative
<p>In the current paper, the power series based on the $ M $-fractional derivative is formally introduced. More peciesely, the Taylor and Maclaurin expansions are generalized for fractional-order differentiable functions in accordance with the $ M $-fractional derivative.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Fractional high order methods for the nonlinear fractional ordinary differential equation [PDF]
The paper begins by referring to applications of fractional order equations, along with a brief summary of the main results achieved for this type of equation in the last decade. The authors consider the nonlinear fractional-order order differential equation (NFOODE), \(_0D_t^\alpha y(t)=f(y,t), (t>0), n ...

On the stabilization of a coupled fractional ordinary and partial differential equations†
We investigate the stabilization problem of a cascade of a fractional ordinary differential equation (FODE) and a fractional diffusion (FD) equation, where the interconnections are of Neumann type. We exploit the PDE back stepping method as a powerful tool for designing a controller to show the Mittag–Leffler stability of the FD-FODE cascade.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.
