Jacobi-Predictor-Corrector Approach for the Fractional Ordinary Differential Equations
We present a novel numerical method, called {\tt Jacobi-predictor-corrector approach}, for the numerical solution of fractional ordinary differential equations based on the polynomial interpolation and the Gauss-Lobatto quadrature w.r.t.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Smoothness Properties of Solutions of Caputo-Type Fractional Differential Equations [PDF]
Mathematics Subject Classification: 26A33, 34A25, 45D05, 45E10We consider ordinary fractional differential equations with Caputo-type differential operators with smooth right-hand sides. In various places in the literature one can find the statement that

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

The General Fractional Derivative and Related Fractional Differential Equations
In this survey paper, we start with a discussion of the general fractional derivative (GFD) introduced by A. Kochubei in his recent publications. In particular, a connection of this derivative to the corresponding fractional integral and the Sonine ...

Operational Rules for a Mixed Operator of the Erdélyi-Kober Type [PDF]
2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 26A33 (main), 44A40, 44A35, 33E30, 45J05, 45D05In the paper, the machinery of the Mellin integral transform is applied to deduce and prove some operational relations for a general operator of the Erdélyi-Kober ...

Mesoscopic modeling of stochastic reaction-diffusion kinetics in the subdiffusive regime
Subdiffusion has been proposed as an explanation of various kinetic phenomena inside living cells. In order to fascilitate large-scale computational studies of subdiffusive chemical processes, we extend a recently suggested mesoscopic model of ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.
