IGF‐1 deficiency underlies poor ovarian response (POR), as reduced levels in follicular fluid and granulosa cells impair antral follicle formation and compromise reproductive outcomes. Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) exposure disrupts oocyte maturation and early embryonic development.
