On Non-Oscillating Integrals for Computing Inhomogeneous Airy Functions [PDF]
Integral representations are considered of solutions of the inhomogeneous Airy differential equation $w''-z w=\pm1/\pi$. The solutions of these equations are also known as Scorer functions.

On a functional equation for the exponential function of a complex variable [PDF]
The following result is well known in the theory of analytic functions; see [1].Theorem A. Suppose that f(z) is an entire function of a complex variable z. Then f(z) satisfies the functional equationwhere z = x + iy (x, y real), if and only if f(z) = aexp(sz), where a is an arbitrary complex constant and s is an arbitrary real constant.

Discontinuity relations for the AdS(4)/CFT(3) correspondence [PDF]
We study in detail the analytic properties of the Thermodynamic Bethe Ansatz (TBA) equations for the anomalous dimensions of composite operators in the planar limit of the 3D N=6 superconformal Chern-Simons gauge theory and derive functional relations ...

On q-double modified Laplace transform [PDF]
The Laplace transform is widely used in science and technology to deal with complex problemsin stability and control systems. The modified Laplace transform has been applied in physics andmathematics to solve boundary layer equations in ordinary ...

Families of particles with different masses in PT-symmetric quantum field theory [PDF]
An elementary field-theoretic mechanism is proposed that allows one Lagrangian to describe a family of particles having different masses but otherwise similar physical properties. The mechanism relies on the observation that the Dyson-Schwinger equations

Hierarchical Schr\"odinger Equations of Motion for Open Quantum Dynamics [PDF]
We rigorously investigate the quantum non-Markovian dissipative dynamics of a system coupled to a harmonic oscillator bath by deriving hierarchical Schrodinger equations of motion (HSEOM) and studying their dynamics.

Health as a space-time continuum
The purpose of work is to quantify the changes of the organism functional reserves during the successive phases of the human health Space-Time Continuum (STC) on the basis of postulates of reliability complex systems theory.

We study the hydrodynamic limits of three kinds of one-dimensional stochastic log-gases known as Dyson's Brownian motion model, its chiral version, and the Bru-Wishart process studied in dynamical random matrix theory. We define the measure-valued processes so that their Cauchy transforms solve the complex Burgers-type equations.

The transition to Industry 4.0 highlights areas of research that require a qualitative description of a complex system, for example, a cyber-physical one, in the form of an adaptive dynamic model since the systems themselves are subject to change over ...
