Abstract Purpose To evaluate the surface roughness, hydrophobicity, and Candida albicans biofilm formation of three denture base materials, including two computer‐aided design and computer‐aided manufacturing (CAD‐CAM) polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) resins and one conventional heat‐polymerized PMMA, before and after thermocycling (TC).

Potyvirus turnip mosaic virus induces neutral lipid accumulation and lipid droplet biogenesis in infected leaves for its own benefit. Summary Lipid droplets (LDs), which are dedicated to storing neutral lipids (NLs), are dynamic organelles involved in numerous other functions, including membrane remodeling during abiotic stress.

MYB Factors: Hubs of Plant Stress and Hormone Crosstalk
ABSTRACT MYB transcription factors function as main regulatory hubs that integrate environmental signals with multi‐hormonal pathways to synchronize plant growth, metabolism and stress responses. This review delineates the regulatory roles of MYB in the signalling pathway of salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene and abscisic acid signalling.

ABSTRACT Global food demand is predicted to rise anywhere from 59% to 98% by 2050 because of increasing population. However, the continued depletion of natural resources and increasing biotic and abiotic stresses will continue to pose significant threats to global food security in coming years.

Leaf Tissue‐Specific Phosphorus Allocation Is Linked to Leaf Lifespan in Chickpea Accessions
ABSTRACT Plants strategically allocate phosphorus (P) among leaf tissues to support physiological functions. However, there is limited understanding of contrasting leaf cellular P‐allocation patterns and their physiological consequences. We quantified leaf P fractions, photosynthetic P‐use efficiency (PPUE), and P‐remobilisation efficiency (PRE) in ...

ABSTRACT Sorghum anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum sublineola (C. sublineola) is a destructive disease leading to severe crop damages. Pterostilbene is a phytoalexin that contributes to defence responses in sorghum, but the transcriptional regulation of its biosynthesis remained poorly understood.

Pinus‐derived membrane vesicles disrupt pathogenic metabolism in fungi
Needle‐derived vesicles from pine trees impair fungal metabolism and growth, offering a sustainable strategy to control pine pitch canker disease. Abstract Much of what we know about the biological impacts of vesicles (MVs) is derived from Arabidopsis thaliana.
