This paper focuses on 3 main negative effects of Fusobacterium nucleatum on halitosis. Halitosis, which is known as bad breath, is a common disease among people. Fusobacterium nucleatum produces VSCs, such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan, which cause halitosis.
