Sifat Agronomis, Heritabilitas dan Interaksi G X EGalur Mutan Padi Gogo (Oryza SativaL.) [PDF]
The average productivity of upland rice is still relatively low. Therefore, it is necessary to improve agronomic characters related to grain yields, maturity, and their adaptation in dry land.

Bone metastasis in prostate cancer (PCa) patients is a clinical hurdle due to the poor understanding of the supportive bone microenvironment. Here, we identify stearoyl‐CoA desaturase (SCD) as a tumor‐promoting enzyme and potential therapeutic target in bone metastatic PCa.

Harvest index (HI) is directly proportional to grain yield and inversely to total biological yield. The HI of direct-seeded rice is often lower than that of transplanted crops. Cultivars able to maintain a high HI are preferred for direct seeding. Aimed

We present experimentally derived potential curves and spin-orbit interaction functions for the strongly perturbed $A^{1}\Sigma_{u}^{+}$ and $b^{3}\Pi_{u}$ states of the cesium dimer. The results are based on data from several sources.

Search for Lorentz and CPT violation using sidereal time dependence of neutrino flavor transitions over a short baseline [PDF]
open357A class of extensions of the Standard Model allows Lorentz and CPT violations, which can be identified by the observation of sidereal modulations in the neutrino interaction rate.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Genotype x Environment interaction and stability analysis for grain yield and its components in Halugidda local rice mutants [PDF]
The genotype (G) x environment (E) interaction and stability for grain yield and some associated traits was studied during theyear 2002-2006 in eight Halugidda local rice mutants in the hill zone of Karnataka.

From 2,3-Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene to Fluorazophore-L, a membrane-bound fluorescent probe for antioxidants [PDF]
The aim of this work was to synthesize and to establish a new fluorescent membrane probe for antioxidants by exploiting the exceptional properties of the long-lived fluorophore 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene (DBO) alias Fluorazophore-P.

AZD9291 has shown promise in targeted cancer therapy but is limited by resistance. In this study, we employed metabolic labeling and LC–MS/MS to profile time‐resolved nascent protein perturbations, allowing dynamic tracking of drug‐responsive proteins. We demonstrated that increased NNMT expression is associated with drug resistance, highlighting NNMT ...

Interaksi Genotipe X Lingkungan Untuk Hasil Gabah Padi Sawah [PDF]
Grain yield of rice is determined by genotype (G), environment (E), and interaction between genotype x environment (G x E). Variety can achieve its maximum yield potential if it is grown in suitable environments.
