Assessment stability and G x E interactions of baby corn hybrids for yield and yield contributing traits

The present study consisted of total 45 hybrids along with 18 parents and 2 checks. These entries were evaluated in randomized block design with three replications over three locations. Observations were recorded on ten characters to study per se performance, estimates genotype × environment interaction and stability parameters.

Survivin and Aurora Kinase A control cell fate decisions during mitosis

Aurora A interacts with survivin during mitosis and regulates its centromeric role. Loss of Aurora A activity mislocalises survivin, the CPC and BubR1, leading to disruption of the spindle checkpoint and triggering premature mitotic exit, which we refer to as ‘mitotic slippage’.
