Single‐Cell Omics Profiling Reveals Enhanced Heterogeneity of Cord Blood Basophils at Birth
Allergy, EarlyView.Cord basophils exhibit greater heterogeneity and diverse functional states relative to maternal basophils. Maternal and cord blood basophils have different transcriptomics and functional profiles. Cord basophil exhibits earlier pseudotime than maternal basophil, potentially indicating a more naïve state.
