Abstract The development of the Simplified Cloud Resolving Energy Exascale Earth System Atmosphere Model (SCREAMv1) enables global storm‐resolving simulations on modern GPU‐based supercomputers. However, the high computational cost of SCREAMv1 limits its routine use for process‐level studies, creating a need for efficient proxy configurations.

Abstract Regulatory T cells (Tregs) prevent autoimmunity and contribute to cancer progression. They exert contact-dependent inhibition of immune cells through the production of active transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1). However, the absence of a specific surface marker makes inhibiting the production of active TGF-β1 to specifically deplete

Revealed cardinal preference [PDF]
I prove that as long as we allow the marginal utility for money lamda to vary between purchases (similarly to the budget) then the quasi-linear and the ordinal budget-constrained models rationalize the same data.

ABSTRACT Many plant viruses trigger abnormal differentiation and development of host cells, causing distinct symptoms. Here, in a single‐cell RNA sequence analysis, we find transcriptional heterogeneity between cells from rice leaf sheaths that are infected with rice black streaked dwarf virus (RBSDV) and from those that are virus‐free.

On Revealed Preference and Indivisibilities [PDF]
We consider a market model in which all commodities are inherently indivisible and thus are traded in integer quantities. We ask whether a finite set of price-quantity observations satisfying the Generalized Axiom of Revealed Preference (GARP) is ...

Transmissible gastroenteritis virus: Identification of M protein-binding peptide ligands with antiviral and diagnostic potential [PDF]
The membrane (M) protein is one of the major structural proteins of coronavirus particles. In this study, the M protein of transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) was used to biopan a 12-mer phage display random peptide library.
