ABSTRACT Long‐term exposure to low‐dose food contact materials (FCMs) has raised concerns regarding developmental toxicity. In the present study, we prioritized FCMs with potential developmental toxicity using a weight‐of‐evidence computational model, which predicted 127 chemicals to be of high concern.

Serotonin Degradation and Lipid Metabolism Regulate Human Tc2 Cell Effector Functions
Human Tc2 cells exhibit a metabolically active phenotype characterized by enhanced glycolysis, mitochondrial respiration, and fatty acid uptake dependent on PPARγ. Alarmins strongly amplify IL‐5 and IL‐13 production in Tc2 cells, supporting a shared immunometabolic program across type 2 lymphocytes.

GATA-3 suppresses IFN-γ promoter activity independently of binding to cis-regulatory elements [PDF]
The regulatory mechanism by which GATA-3 suppresses IFN-γ gene expression was investigated. A reduction of GATA-3 using RNA interference technology enhanced, whereas overexpression of GATA-3 suppressed IFN-γ mRNA expression.

Time‐Resolved Multi‐Omics Identify Biomarkers of Immediate Reactions to mRNA Vaccination
We compared early vaccine‐induced immune and metabolic signatures and downstream immunity after second and booster BNT162b2 doses in participants with sARs, ISSRs, or no reactions. Neutrophil mobilization, antiviral programs, and robust anti‐S‐antibody responses occurred across reaction groups.

Both T-bet and GATA-3, Th1/Th2 lineage-specific transcription factors, play important roles in the development of T cells and Th1/Th2 differentiation. In this study, T-bet and GATA-3 genes were cloned from grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus).

Spindle Cell Lesions of the Breast: A 12‐Year Experience
This 12‐year, single‐centre study examined 30 core‐biopsy‐diagnosed breast spindle cell lesions (BrSCL), classified as atypical (ASCL, n = 10) or bland (BSCL, n = 20). Following excision, 80% of ASCLs proved malignant, comprising sarcoma, malignant phyllodes tumour and metaplastic carcinoma.
