Impact of G‐CSF on Donor TCR Clonal Diversity and T Cell Function During Donor HSC Mobilisation

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that G‐CSF mobilisation caused a reduction in TCR clonal diversity and down‐regulation of T‐cell function in donors. This may be one of the reasons for the low incidence of GVHD mediated by G‐CSF after allo‐HSCT. Source: Created in BioRender. Li https://BioRender.com/otownki.

Multicentric Asynchronous Endocrine Mucin‐Producing Sweat Gland Carcinoma and Mucinous Carcinoma of the Skin

open access: yesJournal of Cutaneous Pathology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Endocrine mucin‐producing sweat gland carcinoma (EMPSGC) is an adnexal neoplasm which typically occurs on periorbital skin and demonstrates overlapping histopathologic features with primary mucinous carcinoma of the skin (MCS). Herein, we report a patient who developed five distinct lesions of EMPSGC and MCS over an eight‐year period, some of ...

Effects of Acupoint Injection of Autoblood on Expression of Pulmonary Transcription Factor GATA 3 and T-bet Proteins and Genes in Asthma Rats

open access: yes针刺研究, 2012
Objective To observe the effect of autoblood acupoint-injection(ABAI) on expression levels of pulmonary transacting T-cell-specific transcription factor GATA 3(involving Th 2 cytokine expression),Th 1-specific T-box transcription factor T-box expressed ...

GATA-4 and FOG-2 expression in pediatric ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors replicates embryonal gonadal phenotype: results from the TREP project.

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2012
AimGATA proteins are a family of zinc finger transcription factors regulating gene expression, differentiation and proliferation in various tissues. The expression of GATA-4 and FOG-2, one of its modulators, was studied in pediatric Sex Cord-Stromal ...

S1 guideline sweat gland carcinoma

open access: yesJDDG: Journal der Deutschen Dermatologischen Gesellschaft, EarlyView.
Summary The current classification of sweat gland carcinomas is based on histomorphological characteristics and distinguishes between more than 20 entities. Most patients are older, but some subtypes also affect middle‐aged and younger patients. The majority of tumors arise de novo. Sweat gland carcinomas have nonspecific clinical features.

Expression levels of th-2 and th-17 characteristic genes in healthy tissue versus periodontitis.

open access: yesFrontiers in Dentistry, 2013
The T helper 17 (Th17) cells have been suggested to have osteoclast activating effects while T helper 2 (Th2) cells are considered to have an osteoprotective role in periodontitis.

An Outflow Tract Myocardium-Specific Enhancer at the Sema3c Locus During Heart Development. [PDF]

open access: yesGenes Cells
Focusing on an OFT‐specific differentially accessible region, in the present study, we defined a distal OFT myocardial enhancer whose activity depends on GATA binding sites. This enhancer provides insight into the mechanisms underlying spatially restricted Sema3c expression involved in OFT development.

Identification of SNPs Associated With mRNA Expression Differences of the Complement Receptor Type 1-Like Gene in Landrace Weaned Piglets. [PDF]

open access: yesVet Med Sci
ABSTRACT Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of porcine complement receptor 1‐like (CR1‐like) gene and its mRNA expression. Methods SNP identification, qRT‐PCR absolute quantification, linkage disequilibrium analysis and dual‐luciferase reporter assay were performed using 392 ...
