Exploring the Therapeutic Effects of Radix Astragalus on Glioblastoma Multiforme Cell Culture
Objective: Glioblastomas, recognized for their aggressive and invasive nature, present a daunting challenge for effective treatment. At present, available therapies are not entirely efficacious in combating this primary brain tumor. In light of this, the

T Cell Exhaustion in Cancer Immunotherapy: Heterogeneity, Mechanisms, and Therapeutic Opportunities
T cell exhaustion limits immunotherapy efficacy. This article delineates its progression from stem‐like to terminally exhausted states, governed by persistent antigen, transcription factors, epigenetics, and metabolism. It maps the exhaustion landscape in the TME and proposes integrated reversal strategies, providing a translational roadmap to overcome

In hypoxic microenvironment, WNT5A is predominantly secreted by tumor‐associated macrophages. Hypoxia‐induced WTAP mediates ROR1 stability by m6A modifications in a HuR‐dependent manner in Glioma stem cells (GSCs). WNT5A activates the WNT pathway via ROR1 binding on GSCs, driving glioma‐derived endothelial cells (GDECs) differentiation.

Background Glioblastoma (GBM) is a primary brain tumor with a 5-year survival rate of ≤5%. We have shown earlier that GBM-antibody-linked curcumin (CC) and also phytosomal curcumin (CCP) rescue 50–60% of GBM-bearing mice while repolarizing the tumor ...

Considering the great challenge in Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) treatment, the authors designed and synthesized a multifunctional nanoplatform that effectively induced ferroptosis by synergetically inhibiting intrinsic intrisinc anti‐ferroptosis proteins, GPX4 & DHODH, and realized excellent in vitro and in vivo anti‐GBM effect.
