Value of generalized hypergeometric function at a special point is calculated. More precisely, value of certain multiple integral over vanishing cycle (all arguments collapse to unity) is calculated. The answer is expressed in terms of $Γ$-functions.

Single‐cell and spatial analysis revealed distinct CRC microenvironments by tumour laterality. Right‐sided tumours showed enhanced germinal centre B cells, CXCL13+ T cells, and organized TLS‐immune crosstalk via CCL19/21‐CCR7, suggesting better immunotherapy response.
