Wavelet analysis of generalized tonic-clonic epileptic seizures

We applied two quantifiers based on the Wavelet Transform to evaluate 20 seizures from eight consecutive patients admitted for video-EEG monitoring. Generalized Tonic-Clonic Activity After Remifentanil Administration
Anesthesia & Analgesia, 2001This is the first report of seizure-like activity in an adult who received remifentanil. This report confirms that opioid administration can be associated with generalized tonic-clonic seizure-like activity. It is suggested that this reaction could be referred to as the "opioid-seizure syndrome."
