A cell‐based high‐throughput screening system utilizing the luminescent probe LISA‐103 was developed to monitor γ‐glutamylcyclotransferase (GGCT) activity in cancer cells. Through this assay, plumbagin was identified as a novel GGCT inhibitor that induces cell cycle arrest and suppresses cancer cell growth. ABSTRACT γ‐Glutamylcyclotransferase (GGCT) is

ABSTRACT Pancreatic cancer remains a highly lethal malignancy with limited therapeutic efficacy and untapped immunotherapeutic potential, largely constrained by immune cell heterogeneity in the tumour microenvironment. Tumour‐associated macrophages (TAMs), especially tissue‐resident macrophages (TRMs), exert complex regulatory roles in tumour ...

Graphical summary of post‐mortem brain tissue findings that differ between symptomatic and asymptomatic AD. Current evidence suggests reduced accumulation of Aβ and p‐tau oligomers, particularly at synapses, preserved neuronal and synaptic integrity and metabolic activity and a dynamic profile of glial and immune responses in ASYMAD.

Intravesical delivery of p21 mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles (p21‐LNP) restores the tumor suppressor p21 in bladder cancer. Localized p21 expression directly induces cell cycle arrest, DNA damage and apoptosis, and ultimately inhibits orthotopic tumor growth with minimal systemic distribution and favorable safety.
