Model fit for patients with genotype 1b HCV.
(A): Histogram of the log10 objective function values (φ; see Equation 5) for all patients with genotype 1b. Dashed lines and numbers show quantile information for the fits.

We demonstrated that high humidity worsened psoriasis relapse in murine psoriasiform skin inflammation by increasing skin‐resident memory CD8+ cells via upregulating IL‐15Rα on keratinocytes. The increases in IL‐15Rα and memory CD8+ cells were attributed to S. nepalensis and its metabolite ADMA in skin exposed to high humidity.

Liu et al. define a systems‐level interactome of fibroadipogenic progenitor (FAP)‐mediated signaling in skeletal muscle by integrating single‐cell transcriptomics with FAP depletion‐based perturbation analysis. Functional interrogation using a conditioned media bioassay links predicted signaling to multicellular outcomes, establishing a framework to ...

PD‐1 Inhibits CD4+ TRM‐Mediated cDC1 Mobilization via Suppressing JAML in Human NSCLC
CD4+ tissue‐resident memory T cells (TRMs) in non‐small cell lung cancer recruit conventional type 1 dendritic cells via XCL1‐XCR1 signaling, orchestrating antitumor immunity. The costimulatory molecule JAML is essential for this process. PD‐1 blockade restores JAML expression and cDC1 mobilization, while JAML agonists synergize with anti‐PD‐1 therapy,

Plasma samples from 39 patients, taken prior to treatment initiation with pegylated interferon-α and ribavirin, were tested against genotype 1a Core-NS2 recombinants (TN/JFH1, DH6/JFH1, and H77/JFH1) and genotype 1b Core-NS2 recombinants (DH1/JFH1, DH5 ...

LMO7 Suppresses Tumor‐Associated Macrophage Phagocytosis of Tumor Cells Through Degradation of LRP1
LMO7 in tumor‐associated macrophages suppresses phagocytosis of tumor cells and limits cytotoxic T lymphocytes infiltration, fostering tumor progression. Mechanistically, LMO7 mediates the ubiquitination and degradation of the phagocytic receptor LRP1, impairing its ability to engulf tumor cells and driving macrophages toward an antitumor phenotype ...

We report a new thiolate‐reactive α,α‐gem‐dibromo lactam warhead that activates transcription factor Nrf2 and demonstrates anti‐inflammatory activities, which have implications in cancer, neurodegeneration, and cardiovascular diseases. RNA‐seq illuminated detailed transcriptional profiles, and chemical reactions with cysteine‐containing compounds ...

Daclatasvir (DCV) + asunaprevir (ASV) combination therapy has become available for patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) serogroup 1 infection. We studied the efficacy of this therapy by focusing on the factors associated with sustained virological responses (SVR) including resistance-associated variants (RAVs) and mixed infection of different HCV ...
