Flavonoids in genotypes of Trifolium subterraneum—III

Phytochemistry, 1968
Abstract Leaves of the Geraldton variety of subterranean clover (Trifolium subterraneum L.) have been found to contain kaempferol, quercetin, isorhamnetin, 4′,7-dihydroxyflavonol, fisetin, luteolin, 4′,7-dihydroxyflavone, 3′,4′,7-trihydroxyflavone, isoliquiritigenin and liquiritigenin.

HLA class II genotypes in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy

Journal of the Neurological Sciences, 1994
There is an association between Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) and a multiple sclerosis-like illness, raising the possibility of autoimmune pathogenetic mechanisms in LHON. We therefore investigated the frequency of HLA-DR genotypes in members of 79 families with LHON, defined by the presence of a pathogenic mitochondrial DNA mutation ...

Comparison of the blood parameters and histopathology between grass carp infected with a virulent and avirulent isolates of genotype II grass carp reovirus.

Microbial Pathogenesis, 2019
Grass carp hemorrhagic disease caused by grass carp reovirus (GCRV) is the most important disease for grass carp aquaculture. Its typical clinical symptom is haemorrhaging, although the mechanism was remained unclear.

Phenotype-genotype Correlation in CD36 Deficiency Types I and II

Thrombosis and Haemostasis, 2000
SummaryCD36 deficiency was studied with attention to the phenotypegenotype relationship. The diagnosis of CD36 deficiency was made when CD36 was negative on platelets (type II) or on both platelets and monocytes (type I). Among 827 apparently healthy Japanese volunteers, the type I and II deficiencies were found in 8 (1.0%) and 48 (5.8%), respectively.

Establishment of a cell line from egg of rare minnow Gobiocypris rarus for propagation of grass carp reovirus genotype II.

Microbial Pathogenesis, 2019
The rare minnow, Gobiocypris rarus, is small experimental fish proven to be sensitive to Grass Carp Reovirus (GCRV) infection. In present study we established a new cell (GrE) from eggs of G. rarus.

II. Genotype‐Environment Interaction in the Schizophrenia Spectrum: Qualitative Observations

Family Process, 2006
Previous reports from the Finnish Adoptive Family Study of Schizophrenia have documented significant interplay between genetics (G) and family rearing (E), leading to adoptee outcomes of schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Quantitative evidence for this interplay is significantly enhanced when both high genetic liability and severe environmental ...

Differences in the intensity of infection caused by Encephalitozoon cuniculi genotype II and III - Comparison using quantitative real-time PCR.

Experimental parasitology, 2018
Microsporidia are a group of obligate intracellular eukaryotic parasites, which are able to infect a wide range of animals, including humans. Four genotypes of Encephalitozoon cuniculi have been found to date.

Performance evaluation of the Abbott RealTime HCV Genotype II for hepatitis C virus genotyping

cclm, 2010
AbstractBackground:The Abbott RealTime hepatitis C virus (HCV) Genotype II (Abbott Molecular Inc.) for HCV genotyping, which uses real-time PCR technology, has recently been developed. Methods:Accuracy and sensitivity of detection were assessed using the HCV RNA PHW202 performance panel (SeraCare Life Sciences).

A new inactivated BVDV genotype I and II vaccine An immunisation and challenge study with BVDV genotype I

Veterinary Microbiology, 2000
An inactivated vaccine containing BVDV I and II strains (PT810; BVDV I, and 890; BVDV II) and using different adjuvants and antigen dosages was tested in a cattle challenge model. Groups of six healthy, seronegative cattle were vaccinated twice with a low dose (10(6.6) TCID(50) PT810 and 10(7.2) TCID(50) 890) vaccine with the adjuvant Bay R1005 or a ...

Impact of inter-genotypic recombination and probe cross-reactivity on the performance of the Abbott RealTime HCV Genotype II assay for hepatitis C genotyping

Diagnostic Microbiology and Infectious Disease, 2018
The Abbott RealTime HCV Genotype II assay (Abbott-RT-HCV assay) is a real-time PCR based genotyping method for hepatitis C virus (HCV). This study measured the impact of inter-genotypic recombination and probe cross-reactivity on the performance of the Abbott-RT-HCV assay. 517 samples were genotyped using the Abbott-RT-HCV assay over a one-year period,
