Laponite Network Controls FGF‐2 Release and Drives Functional Nerve Regeneration via 3D‐Printed Nerve Wrap Interfaces

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
We developed a 3D‐printed nerve interface integrating a biomimetic nanocomposite hydrogel with sustained delivery of thermostable FGF‐2. The bioactive interface supports Schwann cell activity and myelination while providing a regenerative microenvironment.

Electrochemical aptasensors for ultrasensitive multiplexed detection: Towards a new era of precision diagnostics and environmental monitoring

open access: yesVIEW, EarlyView.
Electrochemical aptasensors are emerging as powerful platforms for precision diagnostics and environmental monitoring, owing to their high selectivity, programmability and compatibility with miniaturised systems. However, their broader application is constrained by limited signal intensity and challenges in reliable multiplexed detection.

Proliferative vitreoretinopathy: An integrative, multi‐pathway perspective on pathogenesis and therapy

open access: yesActa Ophthalmologica, EarlyView.
Abstract Proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) remains the principal biological cause of failed retinal detachment repair. Classical pathogenic models centred on retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) dispersion, retinal injury responses or compartment‐restricted mechanisms do not fully explain the heterogeneity, biomechanical behaviour and clinical ...
