Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals that during skeletal aging, bone marrow adipocyte‐derived sDPP4 primes STING signaling in macrophages. In combination with mitochondrial DNA, this signaling activates CD38 and depletes local NAD+/NMN, thereby impairing osteogenesis.
