Physicochemical and Toxicity Study of Naringin‐Loaded Chitosan Nanocapsules
ABSTRACT Naringin is a natural compound with potential for health improvement due to its antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory properties, but its low dissolution rates and bioavailability limit its medical applications. Nanosized materials have an increased surface area and can protect compounds, enhancing their bioavailability and improving drug delivery.

ABSTRACT Aim Sirtuin 5 (SIRT5), a mitochondrial NAD+‐dependent deacylase, regulates fundamental cellular pathways, including energy substrate metabolism. The current study is designed to better elucidate the role of SIRT5 in the development of heart failure (HF). Methods Mice with cardiomyocyte‐specific deletion (cSirt5−/−) or overexpression (cSirt5‐Tg)

ABSTRACT Reversible cholinesterase inhibitors have been investigated to address prophylactic and therapeutic outcomes against organophosphorus nerve poisoning, and procyclidine is concomitantly used to compensate for their adverse effects. We designed double‐layer patches with microneedles composed of a cream layer for immediate release and a ...
