Advanced Science, EarlyView.Hypothalamus sympathetic norepinephrine inhibits regeneration of articular cartilage. Mechanical loading on bone during animal activity elevates PGE2 skeletal interoception to promote an anabolic renewal of the superficial membrane by downregulation of norepinephrine for articular cartilage proper thickness and integrity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.PDCD11 overexpression highly correlates to poor prognosis in p53‐mutant breast and colon cancers. Through interaction with C‐MYC in the nucleoplasm, PDCD11 hinders C‐MYC‐induced SKP2 from binding to the C‐MYC MB2 domain for ubiquitination, thereby stabilizing C‐MYC to drive tumor progression.
