A novel Prussian blue‐based composite nanoenzymes (PB C‐NZs)‐MoS2/PB, was designed based on the electron transfer mechanism and transport pathway. The structure uses MoS2 as the substrate, with PB grown on its surface through a surface assembly method.

Chemical Proteomics Identifies Ketogenesis‐Mediated Cysteine Modifications Regulating Redox Function
Herein, we report ketone body induce cysteine modifications beyond lysine acylation, as revealed by integrating chemical proteomics with open‐search methods. Among the modifications, cysteine crotonation (Ccr) was chemically validated by endogenous peptide‐based co‐elution assays.

GSP extends C. elegans lifespan, enhances stress resistance and reproduction, boosts antioxidant defenses (↑SOD/CAT/GSH‐Px, ↓ROS), remodels glycolysis/TCA/one‐carbon metabolism dose‐dependently, and activates SKN‐1/Nrf2 and H3K4 methylation—linking redox control to epigenetic modulation.

Objective The extent of neuronal loss in Parkinson's disease (PD) and the pathogenic processes underlying neuronal dysfunction and loss remain poorly understood. Here, we analyzed the expression of key molecules representing different cell death signaling pathways and their association with Lewy pathology, dopaminergic (DA) neuron loss and stage of PD ...
