Identification of Variety of Glutinous Rice by RAPD Method
In this study, we examined identification of glutinous rice breed by RAPD method. Seven polished rice, Hiyokumochi, Hakutyoumochi, Himenomoti, Koganemoti, Miyakoganemoti, Wataboushi, and Chinese rice were used in this study. In addition, these rices were produced in 2000. DNA was extracted and purified by CTAB method.
