A shape‐memory microneedle system enables reproductive hormone therapy through a single transdermal insertion. The X‐shaped device sustains follicle‐stimulating hormone release for three days, and mild heating restores the O shape to trigger burst human chorionic gonadotropin release.

Cell Content in Goat’s Milk [PDF]
The geometric mean cell count of goat’s milk in mid-lactation was 880 × 103 cells/ml and 690 × 103 cells/ ml estimated by the Direct Microscopic Count (DMC) and the Electronic Cell Count (ECC), respectively. The numerous cell fragments in goat milk may have had an influence on the results obtained by the cell counting methods compared.

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

QBP1 Peptide as a Potential Anti‐Amyloidogenic Therapy for Type 2 Diabetes: An In Vitro Study
The anti‐amyloidogenic peptide QBP1 effectively halts human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP) aggregation, preventing the formation of toxic β‐structured intermediates. Through a combination of biophysical assays, molecular dynamics, and cell‐based studies, QBP1 is shown to preserve β‐cell viability and metabolic homeostasis, positioning it as a ...

Malectin alleviates high glucose‐induced ER stress and damage in placental trophoblasts, a function dependent on its six critical carbohydrate‐binding residues. In a GDM mouse model, administration of TAT‐Malectin ameliorated hyperglycemia and placental ER stress and prevented fetal macrosomia.

Perivascular matrix densification promotes the emergence of aberrant endothelial tip cells (ATECs) that invade and persist within fibrotic microenvironments. Using in vivo lineage tracing and a human microvessel model, this study shows that fibrous matrix cues destabilize VE‐cadherin–mediated junctions to gate TGF‐β signaling, inducing a pro ...

The effect of fresh goat’s milk on anthropometric overview in healthy women. [PDF]
Context: Most people believe that goat milk contains high fat; therefore, regular consumption of goat milk will increase body weight. This assumption needs to be proven to be able to utilize the use of milk to improve public health.

Casein polymorphism in goat's milk
In this review we summarize the current knowledge on the extensive goat casein poly- morphism. Gene structure, and allelic and non-allelic protein variants, characterized by genomic and proteomic analysis, have been described. The effect of genetic casein polymorphism on techno- logical and nutritional properties of goat's milk has been briefly ...
