GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

Fatty Acid Metabolism in Health and Cancer: From Fundamental Mechanisms to Therapeutic Application
The modulation of the TME by fatty acid metabolism primarily occurs through four key pathways: inflammation regulation, signal transduction, translation to TME, and oxidative stress. ABSTRACT Fatty acid metabolism (FAM) plays a vital role in maintaining health by supporting energy production, cellular structure, and signaling processes.

Protein Lactylation in Cancer: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Targets
This schematic illustrates the central role of lactylation, a lactate‐derived posttranslational modification, in linking metabolic reprogramming to cancer progression and therapy resistance. At its core, lactylation modulates proteins, influenced by metabolic shifts and environmental factors.

Breaking Through Cancer Pain: From Single‐Drug Management to Multimodal Analgesia
Background Cancer pain affects 60%–80% of patients with advanced cancer, and approximately 30% of patients experience inadequate pain control. Although the World Health Organization (WHO) three‐step analgesic ladder has substantially improved pain management, inadequate analgesia, opioid‐related adverse effects, and refractory pain continue to pose ...

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a progressive and life‐threatening disease with limited treatment options. Sex differences are apparent in PAH, specifically in the pathophysiology, prognoses and pharmacological responses of patients. Inflammation and its resolution, which often differ between sexes, are dysregulated in chronic inflammatory ...
